Well Established Businesses with EBIT of £500k plus wanted – (Ref. RSS/RG)

Traditional, well established and highly profitable UK  businesses sought by experienced investment holding company. Will consider businesses with EBIT of approx. £500K + (ideally EBIT of approx. £1m+) where the management will be prepared to stay with the business, at least for a handover period.

As an alternative to a sale or partial sale, the buyer will work with management to buy-out the founding/controlling shareholders.

Any type of traditional business considered, for example:

• Business to business manufacturing or distribution
• Business to consumer manufacturing or distribution

The buyer is a flexible investment company with modest return requirements for the long term. Their aim is to provide exit opportunities for shareholders where they can identify operational efficiencies from businesses purchased.
