The Company is focused on businesses that provide services that are essential to their customers’ operations and invariably covered by strict regulation or legislation and where customers require a single specialist outsourced provider with regional or national coverage.

Funds are readily available for acquisition with access to further capital. This flexible capital structure allows the Company to approach a wide variety of acquisitions to suit diverse shareholder circumstances.

Will consider businesses with revenues ranging from £250k – £20 million that are both profitable and loss-making.
